On Sunday 14th April (the last Sunday of the Easter holiday) Gravesend Grammar School U19 1st XI Football Team will be playing in the Gravesham Inter-schools Elliott Holmes Memorial Trophy Cup Final v Thamesview School. The game is being held at The Kufflink Stadium, home of Ebbsfleet United and kicks off at 4.30pm. The final follows the Ebbsfleet Ladies league fixture which kicks off at 2pm. Tickets are £6 for Adults and £4 for Children. The ticket price includes both the Ebbsfleet Ladies game and the U19 Cup Final. Tickets will also be available on the day from the ground. Proceeds from the game will support the Elliott Holmes Foundation, which offers free counselling services to young people in Gravesham who are struggling with mental health difficulties, including some of our own students. The Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund CIC, provides fast, direct access to mental health counselling for young people aged 13-18, living in Gravesham. They utilise the available capacity within the private counselling sector.Young people can self-refer, choose their own counsellor and be offered up to 12 sessions. They collaborate with wellbeing organisations, leisure centres, Gravesham schools and Kent Police. Money is raised through a variety of community events, sponsorship, engaging clubs and organisations, as well as grants and donations. The Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund (EHMF) is a Not-for-Profit, Community Interest Company, run entirely by volunteers.
