Over a period of four weeks in the summer term, Year 9s (now Year 10) took on the challenge of playing in the Year 9 House Football Competition on the Astro. This would not have been possible without the time and skill of the referees, Messrs Burton, Clements and Ward - thank you! And indeed, it would not have been possible without the excellent organisation, communication and leadership of our Year 9 Form Captains, Vice-Captains, Year 9 Student Leadership Team members and House Football Managers and Football Captains. Hill House was led to Victory by Hill House Manager Emile Chianalino (9K now 10K) and Hill House Football Captain, Lanre Bakare (9L now 10L). It was a close run thing with Hill House winning against Downs House on Penalties....! Thank you to all year group members who participated - it was a pleasure to see you enjoying healthy and fair competition!
